Godhuma Dosa
(Wheat Dosa)
Simple, easy and healthy breakfast.
Ingredients

Wheat Flour - 2 cups

Rice Flour - 1 cups
-
Jeera - 2 tsp
-
Salt
-
Hing
-
Green chilli - 3
-
Curry leaves
-
Water
-
Oil
Steps to make wheat dosa.

In the large bowl add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 cup of rice flour, hing, jeera and salt and mix them all together.

Add water little by little to the flour and using hand blender mix them all well.

Add enough amount of water and mix them till you reach the normal dosa batter consistency.

Add the chopped green chilies and curry leaves, mix them well.

Add 1/2 to 1 cup of water to make a pouring consistency like rava dosa batter.

Now pour the batter over the hot dosa tawa. If you feel some more water can be added, then do it.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of oil, wait till one side is cooked well. You find dosa base turns brownish colour and crispy in the corner.

Flip them on the other side and let this sit in the tawa for couple of seconds.

Now your dosa is ready to serve.
Serve them with chutney or sambar
